For luxurious transformations big or small, meticulous attention to details and weddings that will have guests in awe. For beautifully &  magnificently planned events down to every detail big or large.

This is the package where we talk vision, we make it happen while you sit back and relax and pick A or B options we send.

  • Coordinating with catering staff & catering/venue coordinator, vendors, and all pieces of your wedding puzzle.

  • Preparation of an initial wedding budget to use as a guideline throughout the planning and updating throughout the planning.

  • Recommendation of venues in the couples’ style and budget and make appointments for them to visit if still needed.

  • Travel & visits to chosen ceremony & reception location as needed.

  • Designing an event timeline & layout with you based off your loves, likes, dislikes, styles and more. We meet in the studio or via face-time to discuss your vision and give you options on what can be done in your budget whether it be small touches or a big transformation!

  • Unlimited contact: face-to-face meetings, by phone and by e-mail. Face-to-face meetings must be scheduled in 2 weeks in advance.

  • Assistance with selection of wedding attire and accessories, if desired.

  • Review and negotiations of contracts.

  • Keeping you up to date with what to do next in the planning timeline. Making sure everything is booked and all components are done and stay ahead of schedule. Relieving the stress from the bride and the family, so they know exactly what they should be doing and when.

  • Attendance at all vendor meetings for, in place of, or with the couple to confirm nothing is forgotten and the designs/plans are cohesive and flow together brilliantly.

  • For the duration of planning, we act as the liaison between you and the vendors for all planning and logistics.

  • Design meetings. We go over concepts, swatches and more to bring the vision to life for you.  We take any pins, ideas & more you have and discuss things we can do for your budget and venue. From here, we make a design that is perfectly you in every way. From small productions to large transformations. We bring your vision (or the vision we create for you if preferred) to life.

  • We provide you with  design options which includes various floor plans, inspiration boards, sketches, innovative ideas for your wedding spaces.

  • With an approved design, we move forward to book our vendor partners needed to make it come to life for your budget.

  • EED is there overseeing from the moment of décor set up & deliveries to the last moment of breakdown. With large productions, typically transformations start days in advance and breakdown are the days after. We make sure everything was left the way we began so no fees are assessed.

  • Set up and negotiate hotel blocks for out-of-town guests.

  • Schedule transportation for family, bridal party, and guests for ceremony and reception.

  • Advise on menu planning & flow and attend tasting with caterer.

  • Lead vendor walk through with vendors and make a detailed floor plan.

  • Production of Master Timeline Wedding Packet which includes a timeline for each vendor, the wedding party, all layouts for plan A and plan B’s, vendor lists, directions to the venue, and more. Our Wedding Packets are copyrighted and take about 40+ working hours to produce and are tweaked weekly with new changes.

  • Coordinate and drop off hotel welcome boxes for guests.

  • Lady in Waiting: (see page 17 for details)

  • Set up, Production & Day of Management (see page 11 for details)

Set up, Production & Day of Management

  • Arrive day of the wedding to begin set up and oversee all production to ensure all vendors set up to your floor plans, schedule and details. This also includes being on site for breakdown if needed.

  • Attend and supervise or run rehearsal of wedding ceremony.

  • Distribute and pin-on flowers

  • Laying out escort cards, menus, signage and all décor items of the Bride & Groom.

  • Handle any emergencies that come about to the best of our ability.

  • Coordination of the ceremony

  • Keeping the bridal party and vendors on *your* timeline and no one else’s. Some venues like to do things their way, we do things your way.

  • Line up bridal party in order for introductions and cueing musician/DJ that we are ready to go.

  • Directing guests to cocktail hour, reception, etc.

  • Assist guests and wedding party as needed. Making sure that you and your family are comfortable and have all the attention and service you need while getting ready for the big day.

  • Keeping the photographer and videographer up-to-date on what events are happening next to ensure they capture it.

  • Keeping the Toasters and anyone involved in the wedding timeline well aware of when they will be speaking in advance

  • Plan B’s (i.e. rain plan) assistance during the event.

  • Act as your behind-the-scenes manager with your venue and vendors ensuring the day is ran how you anticipated.

  • Supervision of reception events, such as showing couples how to cut the cake, throw the garter/bouquet and ease couple into dancing so that each event flows smoothly. The coordinator will adhere to the schedule as time permits and alert couple of upcoming events so that the couple may relax and enjoy the wedding. If you want to push back an event, or move one up, we revise the timeline with all participating vendors on site to make this happen and make it a smooth change.

  • End of night: Collect personal items (cake knife, presents, cards, leftover food, alcohol, cake, cake top, personal belongings) for the bride and groom and be sure these items get to the right car/person.

  • Distribution of final balance and gratuities to vendors on your behalf.
